the lack of confidence is in the bank's spead sheets.
example:In the seventies cash was backed by gold but
not enough gold to make economies work so central banks
printed more money piles of it . 2008 the central banks
sends money electronical the spead sheet says eg. 5,000,000
no back up of cold cash ,just 5 and zero's.
No wonder there is a confidence problem!

electronic money won't work for me
if economy gets worst!
