Are they going to make these before or after they go bankrupt?

What a greenwash load of crap. No emissions eh? How are they generating the electric that is so inefficiently laundered through the batteries? Wind from Obama speeches?

The board of directors and the CEO at GM were hand-picked by the government and have only had their jobs a couple of weeks. As long as the government keeps giving them billions of dollars, these people are going to jump, beg, rollover and build anything the government tells it to build.

I kind of like the GM-segway.

It looks like a rickshaw.

   They should put some poles on the front so it can be used that way when the batteries crap out! They might also be useful for encouraging pedestrians to get out of the way.... GM-Segway Jousting tournaments? The possibilities are endless!

Rickshaw? It is a wheelchair. And you'll need a wheelchair after having an collision with it.

Too big for the pavement too slow to be on the road.

Its just a posh shop mobility vehicle.

Good idea in theory though.
