For the US: Alternative Fuels and Advanced Vehicles Data Center: Alternative Fueling Station Total Counts by State and Fuel Type

BD=682
CNG=776
E85=1906
ELEC=452
HY=58
LNG=37
LPG=2253
Total=6164

CNG-Compressed Natural Gas, E85-85% Ethanol, LPG-Propane, ELEC-Electric, BD-Biodiesel, HY-Hydrogen and LNG-Liquefied Natural Gas.

Includes a GasBuddy style Station Locator.

Grabbing all the stations for my State I get this:

Stations are clustered around large cities - the parts of the state I cropped out had nix. In my town of 20k I have a 7.5 miles drive for biodiesel/E85/electric.

With Advanced Options you can search for Planned Stations too. Tried this in a 100 mile radius of my zip and nothing more showed up. Searched by state with this and 3 more showed up.
