The meeting was not even mentioned in "der Spiegel", which is one of the leading newspapers in Germany.
Don't they want to inform or do they think that this meeting is nothing important.
I actually think that there is a long way until these countries really work together, How much oil will be really traded in rubel in the following month? On the long run, if there is a future to something as a world trade at all then yes the center will be in Eurasia, but more in Asia.
