Does anyone remember, or know where I can locate, a paper that came out a few months ago where some college students revised Peak Oil Theory using the current stats on production and reserves? I sort of recall they were from Czechoslovakia or such and the paper made big news in the fact it was so well structured and researched. It didn't discount Peak Oil, just pushed it out a few years. But the data-mining was impressive.
Any help would be helpful!
