The recession is leading to reduced spending in the 'private sector'
'Increased liquidity' boosts recovery hopes.
A 'massive injection' of capitol is required to 'jump start' the economy.
A 'powerful firm' is seeking partners.
eToro.com is offering trading with no commissions and 'bottom spreads' (is this a good thing?)
'Spreading Freedom and Democracy' (cuz in Iraq both freedom and democracy definitely got spread. OK, OT)
