ungovernable by whom? :lol: sounds like latvia is able to govern itself just fine; they simply don't want to tow the IMF line.

I worked with Latvian soldiers in Kosovo. They have just all been withdrawn from the theatre of operations, back to Latvia and their pay has been cut by 40%.
