We're looking at a medium term recovery as low oil prices earlier run through the economy simulating growth. But its all a mirage at this point as true economic growth(beyond the lost growth during the recession) spurs another price spike. But it'll take a long time(a year or two) before that happens. Cornucopians beware - its not v shaped its w shaped(with the right side smaller) and doomers beware its not a cliff either, or any gorge of any shape - even Olduvai shaped.
