Russian company developed pedal boat, capable of diving to a depth of 30 meters.

Pedal boat - an alternative to traditional riding at the weekend on the water bike.
Pedal boat - used a phenomenon called the Coanda effect - which enables a pair of people to create sufficient traction for movement.

is expected to cost 50 000 pounds, although prices may fall to about 15 000 pounds for wholesale buyers.

Expensive toy.

I'm sure if you wanted one that you could design & build something similar for much cheaper.

If you think is a easy, just try to do it by your self.

Similar things have been around for 50 years. Heck 'The Turtle" was human powered 200+ years ago.
