Orange County declared bunkruptcy 16 years ago. So? Their cops and firemen are dumpster-diving in Beverley hills? I dont think so. Or at the very least, they do it because they like it.

Cali and our Gov was in a much better finance era, much less debt, stronger Gov, etc, etc, however with all the problems today and Cali it self about to collapse than BK's this time will not have the same result as Orange County did back than...
