So far I haven't had any problems with consensus in my household, but then we just have the two people, so I'm sure that makes it easier.

I suppose my wife would be cool with sharing. She grew up with many siblings, where sharing was de Rigueur. Me (an only child), not so much. I'm good with trading, and to-each-his-own sort of things, but I share like a junkyard dog.
