Singapore's medical system is rated far above that of the United States, yet prices are far below. Does anyone here have any experience with the Singapore medical system, or medical tourism in general? I'm considering suggesting it to someone.

if its better its probably because of lack of malpractice insurance and associated with it costs/tests/etc. Seriously, malppractice is the worst thing that ever happened to healthcare. You pay $$ so your doctor doesnt have to go to prison when he fuckes up somebody . Brilliant isnt it.
