The world will be plunged into the new Dark Ages, indulgences of liberalism will be gradually removed, the power will be carried out by means of total despotism and global control of slaves, which would be most.

i think that the analysis was a bit one-sided: he didn't exactly 'trend-out' any of the serious problems india and china have (and they have plenty, existential ones at that). that's not to say that he didn't make some very good points; it's just that, well, it wouldn't be difficult to make the argument that the title should really read, taking down the world.
