That corresponds to the peak of most rock bands. They produce 80% of their best songs in the first 5 years.

It comes from a very long time ago. Much of it is near the surface and under pressure. The majority of it is not.

That is all.
Stop filling dumpsters, as much as you possibly can, and everything will get better.

Just think it through.
It's not hard to do.
