Ecovillages are a chimera

Unread postby Serial_Worrier » Sat 31 Dec 2011, 21:45:44

They're all a bunch of useless hippies, playing their guitars and smoking weed. One thing for sure is they are anti-gun, so none of these eco-villages are defensible from the zombie hordes.

Oh really? i just watched a documentary about eco-villages and none of them talked about how they would defend them. They seem to think that when the collapse happens that they will be nice & safe.

If you can build it, someone else will try to take it.
An ideology is by definition not a search for TRUTH-but a search for PROOF that its point of view is right

Equals barter and negotiate-people with power just take

You cant defend freedom by eliminating it-unknown

Our elected reps should wear sponsor patches on their suits so we know who they represent-like Nascar-Roy

It's a well documented fact that zombies are only interested in food and brains. They would have no interest in guitars or weed, hence the hippies have no need for guns and defense.

I shall incorporate the good looking hippie chicks into my collective if they are suitable breeding stock.

Give the zombie hordes a tank of gas and a GPS, and they still won't find their way to the ecovillages!

I'm just saying, ecovillages will be plundered in short order when the collapse hits. Heck, it will be the military who plunders them first as they will have the means.

Ecovillages are a chimera

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
