Russia rejects American Aid

Way to go Russia! Thanks for doing what we don't have the will to do.

We should take the savings and apply it to the debt.

I think foreign aid makes up less than 1 pct of national income. Much more will have to be done to pay for debt.

The only thing that will help is decreasing borrowing and spending.

"Russia Quits Nunn-Lugar Program"

That's more savings. But really a tiny drop in the bucket. The real problem is the looney tunes fiscal policy set by Helicopter Ben and the whole debt Ponzi scheme that has been fluffing up OECD economies for decades. The chickens are coming home to roost.
