SeaGypsy – One more sexist crack like that and it’s off to “sensitivity school” for you. I had to go once and my engineer twice. We both learned to keep our mouths shut. But just learned last week that our entire company has to go to SS. Apparently someone couldn’t keep their mouth shut. And to not single them out we all have to go. If I ever find out who I might end up being forced to the “don’t kick your coworker in the ass” school.

I live in the most Eastern part of 'the West' (Australia); you don't need a degree to be a waitress here, though the nice ass helps! In the Philippines virtually any job requires a diploma or degree and 95% of job adds say: "College Degree, 21-28 years of age, 'pleasing personality' (not joking)" and specify a gender. Guys get all the jobs you die or kill people at, while girls with degrees get to be call center operators if they are extremely lucky and 'good in English'. Girls with no degree who want to earn real money are stuck with one main choice. Guys can pick rice.
