Colombia Regulations

Unread postby chowder » Mon 08 Jul 2013, 13:56:19

I'm trying to find English versions of the oil and gas regulations in Colombia. Is anyone able to provide a link to a copy?

I can only find Spanish versions.

They are put out by the Colombian National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH). There is also the Colombian Petroleum Code and environmental licences from the Colombian Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development (MADS).

If anyone can provide any helpful documents it is much appreciated. Thanks!

Odd....the ANH website used to provide both the Spanish version and an English translation...I was just there and they seemed to have removed the English translation.
There is an Ecopetrol description of the terms of the agreement in English.
Somewhere I likely have a copy of the form of contract in English (they were provided in the bid package) from Ronda 2008 and it hasn't changed much since. I'll look for it but no promises.
