How do I show images on this forum?

I tried displaying images, but it ended up being too large to be displayed. Can anyone help me with this? I want to make sure my images are small enough that they end up being displayed on my posts.
History repeats itself. Just everytime with different characters and players.

Use tinypic.com and set the size to 640x480
