I've been de-sugar-ing my diet. It's like getting off of drugs, that it is hard at first, but easy afterwards.

Although, I did have a good almond croissant the other day.

I'm a little uncertain about the carbohydrate connection to obesity, though. I've heard both opinions on whether carbs are good or bad in a diet.

di·a·be·si·ty
ˌdīəˈbēsədē/
nouninformal
noun: diabesity

used to refer to a form of diabetes that typically develops in later life and is associated with being obese. Of course Sugar leads itself to obesity. So obesity and sugar addiction reinforce each other in a diabolic synergy. Oh and Sugar strongly implicated in fostering Cancer.

Also among the 3 categories of food ,fat, protein and carbs, Carbs lacking fiber do not fill you up. Our bodies did not evolve to digest or process sugar

When I go low carb for a while you feel full for longer and lose weight.
When you carb up you are constantly hungry.
