Good link. It seems to match nate silver 538.

Notably, that betting site and 538 blog both predict Trump ahead in FL now. BUT Clinton still at 72% odds to win the WH, overall.

I sure hope Clinton has a rebound.

It's not trending that way.

Still a big gap to fill in short order.

ONTOH, the MSM predictably likes to make these things seem like squeakers. Generates more revenue that way. So your dream of a HRC win will likely come true.

Its like clock work, the poll companies guided by the MSM over sample Democrat loyal voters and under sample Republican and Independent voters. Then the last week before the election they start doing honest polling because if the vote is wildly different than the polls people remember and think polls are worthless.

OH-oh. Not many black voters are coming out to vote for Hillary in the early voting

But not to worry. Hillary has a solution to get black voters energized. She went to a soul food restaurant.

I just love this soul food! Please pass the collard greens! Now get off your #$%# and go vote for me!

I just finished watching game seven of the baseball world series. Late in the game both Hillary and Trump adds ran. Both very hard ball and negative.
It is crunch time for both of them.

Doing a post about Clinton's campaign in Arizona, 102 year old woman (born before women could vote) votes Clinton:

She had a BIG rally, 10,000 people, in Arizona tonight:

Other note.. it's interesting how back and forth and how much the predictions are changing. Nate Silver has Florida leaning Clinton again, but now North Carolina is leaning Trump.

Silver has Michigan, PA, and WI holding solid at 78%ish odds for Clinton. That's part of the "blue wall," Trump would have to take one of them to win (even if he wins FL).

This was the 2012 FL popular vote:

Obama: 50.01% Romney: 49.13%

Pretty close to the exact polling, right now.

Sixstrings' woman attempted to violate national security from day 1 as Secretary of State. There is a very good reason you don't take a Blackberry into a SCIF but Hillary did anyway. A SCIF, for those not in the know is a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility. Basically a place that is immune to listening devices from the outside and is regularly swept for bug on the inside. As Secretary of State Hillary had one at the State department.

http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/susan-jones/

(CNSNews.com) - Hillary Clinton "primarily used her personal Blackberry or personal iPad for checking emails," and even though she wasn't allowed to bring those devices into secure areas at the State Department -- she did.

According to the FBI report released to the public on Sept. 2, "State Diplomatic Security Service (DS) instructed Clinton that because her office was in a SCIF (a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility), the use of mobile devices in her office was prohibited."

But FBI interviews with three former DS agents "revealed Clinton stored her personal BlackBerry in a desk drawer in DS 'Post 1,' which was located within the SCIF on Mahogany Row."

The seventh floor of the State Department, where the Secretary's office is located, is called "Mahogany Row." DS Post 1 is located directly outside Clinton's office, says a footnote in the FBI report.

According to the FBI, State Department personnel "were not authorized to bring their mobile devices into Post 1, as it was located within the SCIF."

A DS official told the FBI "he never received any complaints" about the boss using her personal BlackBerry inside the SCIF.

According to Clinton's top aide Huma Abedin, Clinton "often" visited the State Department's eighth floor balcony to read emails on her mobile devices. In fact, the FBI says Clinton did not have a computer in her State Department office at all.

John Podesta's Best Friend At The DOJ Will Be In Charge Of The DOJ's Probe Into Huma Abedin Emails

In the letter to Congress, the DOJ writes that it "will continue to work closely with the FBI and together, dedicate all necessary resources and take appropriate steps as expeditiously as possible,” assistant attorney General Peter J. Kadzik writes in letters to House and Senate lawmakers.

In other words, the best friend of John Podesta, Clinton's Campaign char, at the DOJ will be in charge of a probe that could potentially sink Hillary Clinton.

The hacked emails confirm that Podesta and Kadzik were in frequent contact. In one email from January, Kadzik and Podesta, who were classmates at Georgetown Law School in the 1970s, discussed plans to celebrate Podesta’s birthday. And in another sent last May, Kadzik’s son emailed Podesta asking for a job on the Clinton campaign.

Kadzik's role at the DOJ, where he started in 2013, is particularly notable Kadzik, as helped spearhead the effort to nominate Lynch, who was heavily criticized for her secret meeting with the former president.

It gets better because, as we further revealed, if there is one person in the DOJ who is John Podesta's, and thus the Clinton Foundation's inside man, it is Peter Kadjik
So that's fucked up and Fox and Rush are putting Kadzik on blast about it.

"Kept Me Out Of Jail" <--- http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/11 ... irman.html

Kadzik is a close friend of the Campaign and was put in charge of reviewing the Benghazi emails for the DoJ:

CNN Report - Peter Kadzik warned John Podesta and Clinton Campaign of impending Email investigation...

http://www.cnn.com/2016/11/02/politics/ ... index.html

So Kadzik was involved with:

Questionable pardon of Marc Rich that by-passed protocol - Investigated by Comey and no charges

Benghazi records gathering for Congress also by-passed protocol

Weiner email investigation

Is Podesta's friend and "kept me out of jail"

Looks like Kadzik is the Clinton's fixer on the inside.

Cog,
This is just how they work.
They have been striving for decades to set up a network of operatives.
It's how she got the primary nomination.
It will not stop of its own volition.
They have grown an organization that is self feeding.
There will someone after her to receive the baton.

Well the race is tightening up and getting very close, but college educated women are a firewall for Clinton:

College-educated white women are Hillary Clinton’s firewall

Our fresh Washington Post-ABC News Tracking Poll, which has Hillary Clinton ahead by just 2 points among all likely voters nationally, finds that Donald Trump is losing college-educated white women by 27 points.

If the Republican nominee was anywhere close to Romney’s 52 percent support level among this traditionally Republican-leaning constituency, he would likely win the election. But drilling into the crosstabs of our polling and reviewing credible, state-level data demonstrates how highly unlikely it is that this constituency will waver in the final days. It is one of the reasons that, even though the race has tightened pretty dramatically, Clinton retains a significant structural advantage.

Sorry, no link. It's behind a paywall.

Secret Recordings Fueled FBI Feud in Clinton Probe
Agents thought they had enough material to merit aggressively pursuing investigation into Clinton Foundation

Back in February FBI agents wanted to go after this more aggressively but DOJ officials told them to "stand down".

Sounds like some agents were pretty riled about that order.

"Not many black voters are coming out...in the early voting"

Maybe that's because:

http://www.salon.com/2016/11/03/north-c ... the-polls/

North Carolina Republicans conspired to limit early voting to keep African-Americans from the polls
N.C. officials lobbied at least 17 counties to limit voting hours — especially on weekends and evenings

Just in case anyone had any lingering doubts about whether or not the Repugs have simply become the party of racists. Perhaps a new name: Racist-uglicans??

Is it maybe posible to discuss the issues and current events instead of engaging in name-calling?

IMHO we should leave the name calling to Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. They are doing more than enough of it.

thanks!

HRC news roundup.

Firstly the race is is still tightening, it could be close:

Race Tightens; Hillary Clinton Holds Narrow Edge in New Times/CBS Poll
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/11/04/us/politics/hillary-clinton-donald-trump-poll.html

Atlantic magazine, they say Hillary is loved by a lot more people, than some think:

Why Is Hillary Clinton So Widely Loved?
Her fans are drawn to her intelligence, her industriousness, and her grit.

We do not see, often enough, the people who love Hillary Clinton, who support her because of her qualifications rather than because of her unqualified opponent, who empathize with her. Yet millions of Americans, women and men, love her intelligence, her industriousness, her grit; they feel loyal to her, they will vote with enthusiasm for her. ...

There are people who love how cleanly she slices through policy layers, how thoroughly she digests the small print. They remember that she won two terms to the United States Senate, where she was not only well-regarded but was known to get along with Republicans. They have confidence in her. There are people who rage at the media on her behalf, who see the coverage she too often receives as unfair.

There are people who in a quiet, human way wish her well. There are people who, when Hillary Clinton becomes the first woman to be president of the United States, will weep from joy.
http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2016/11/why-is-hillary-clinton-so-widely-loved/506402/

A story in Vox, about Clinton's "quiet revolution" plans for a more social democracy, and how progressive her platform is:

Hillary Clinton’s quiet revolution
Nobody's noticed, but she's running on an ambitious plan to remake the American social compact.

Just imagine, for a second, what a world in which it all became law would look like.

The vast majority of families would be able to send children to public colleges and universities tuition-free. Four-year-olds would have universal access to pre-K, and child care would be massively subsidized so as to cap costs at 10 percent of a family’s income. All workers would get 12 weeks paid family leave and 12 weeks paid medical leave, in case they need to care for a new child, a sick family member, or themselves. The child tax credit would be doubled for families with young children and made available to poor families with little earnings.

Eleven million undocumented immigrants would gain a pathway to citizenship. Medicare would be expanded to people as young as 55, and allowed to negotiate down drug prices with pharmaceutical companies, and every state would have a robust public option. All states would expand Medicaid coverage to anyone living underneath the poverty line, and subsidies for health care on the exchanges would be more generous. The government would cover out-of-pocket health costs through the tax code. Federal money would be able to pay for abortions for people with government-paid insurance. Social Security benefits would increase. The minimum wage would be at least $12, maybe $15 an hour, and firms could unionize through card check rather than having to go through elections.

There would be an injection of $500 billion — $275 billion of which comes from federal coffers — into rebuilding roads, highways, mass transit, airports, seaports, broadband networks, electrical grids, water pipes, and other forms of infrastructure. This would be the largest public works push from the federal government since the building of the interstate highway system in the 1950s. Much of that money would go to directly hiring workers, particularly youth in minority communities. The Clinton campaign estimates that the $500 billion would create about 6.5 million jobs, more than half of which come from public money.

And to pay for it all, the rich would face a top income tax rate of 43.6 percent and a top estate tax rate of 65 percent, each of which is the highest since Ronald Reagan. Investors would face a new tax on financial transactions. ...

“I think a lot of Clinton’s proposals are very much a step in the direction of a Nordic-style or social democratic welfare state,” Lane Kenworthy, a sociologist at the University of Arizona and author of Social Democratic America, says.
http://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2016/11/3/13318750/hillary-clinton-vision-government

Articles in the Guardian and Vanity Fair, about the Comey and investigations situation. An FBI agent source says the bureau "is Trumpland:"

'The FBI is Trumpland': anti-Clinton atmosphere spurred leaks, sources say
Highly unfavorable view of Hillary Clinton intensified after James Comey’s decision not to recommend an indictment over her use of a private email server

The currently serving FBI agent said Clinton is “the antichrist personified to a large swath of FBI personnel,” and that “the reason why they’re leaking is they’re pro-Trump.”

The agent called the bureau “Trumplandia”, with some colleagues openly discussing voting for a GOP nominee who has garnered unprecedented condemnation from the party’s national security wing

HAS THE F.B.I. GONE FULL BREITBART?

African American voter turnout has been lower than 2012 so far, but maybe it's starting to tick up. Florida may actually be having a larger black vote turnout, than in 2012. From twitter:

FL: Yesterday was largest turnout of black voters so far (55k);
585K AA voters have cast votes so far, up 28% compared to same point in '12

New poll shows Clinton leading in Arizona, doing well among Republicans and independents there:

I'm in NC at the moment. In New Bern last week the polling place could not have been more open.

In Wilmington now and have not see the polling station, but that's not saying much. I may well have not seen it.

I asked some people about the polling and it seems that it goes on for a few weeks. So you have tons of time to vote. The lady I talked to said "Gee, how does that work? The polling place must be real crowded."

Unlike PA where you get to vote on one day.

Just what my eyes tell me.
