Slipping back to the old biggot talk Dohboi? Letting your deplorable side show there. Gotta watch it or other folks will start calling you on it as well.

Here's a bit from th NY Times. Some interesting pol results included abouthownthe partiew see themselves. The D's see themselves as more united, and the R's very divided. But really, if you think about it, the R's actually had a far more democratic selection process. It may not have gotten them a good candidate, but it did freeze out the old guard. Whereas the ads, with a far better reform candidate, slammed the doors on the democratic process.

How much different the election would look if we had Bernie vs Donald! Or Bernie vs Cruz.

http://www.nytimes.com/2016/11/04/us/po ... -poll.html

of voters are disgusted by the state of American politics, and many harbor doubts that either major-party nominee can unite the country after a historically ugly presidential campaign, according to the final pre-election New York Times/CBS News Poll.

In a grim preview of the discontent that may cloud at least the outset of the next president’s term, Hillary Clinton and Donald J. Trump are seen by a majority of voters as unlikely to bring the country back together after this bitter election season.

With more than eight in 10 voters saying the campaign has left them repulsed rather than excited, the rising toxicity threatens the ultimate victor. Mrs. Clinton, the Democratic candidate, and Mr. Trump, the Republican nominee, are seen as dishonest and viewed unfavorably by a majority of voters.

Newf, nice to get your anecdotal impression, but what I cited was from an actual study. Here's a further link:

http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-e ... ium=Social

And it's pretty rich to hear supporters of Trump, the candidate who has smeared pretty much every non white male group in the country (oh yeah, and even mocked a white male disabled man), be suddenly shocked, shocked that someone impugn their own beloved GOP (now of course = Grope Our Pu$$ies party)!

These are the same Defenders Against Defamation who, for some reason, remain silent about a regular posters use of a racist symbol for his avatar...

Interesting selective outrage there, fellas!

But that is an interesting NYT piece.

"With more than eight in 10 voters saying the campaign has left them repulsed..."

That's certainly what I'm hearing from lots of people.

This article puts it even more bluntly and graphically:

Forget fear and loathing. The US election inspires projectile vomiting
psychotherapists reporting widespread depression, insomnia and digestive problems among the electorate

Ah, the kkk(always small letters) endorse T-rump. But the kkk(always small letters) are keeping T-rump from talkin' so much about rigged elections, since the kkk(always small letters) are suppressing black democratic voters in N. Carolina. SHH-SHH-SHH Oh, they already got caught by the Federal Courts. Other states probably doin' the kkk(always small letters) thing in other states, as they have done in the recent past....but more sneakily.

Melania T-rump stumps fer her husband, saying as First Lady, that she will work to stop cyber-bullying. She promises to oppose the greatest cyber-bully, D. T-rump.....NOT!!!

The Grope Our Pu$$ies party needs to go extinct. In 2008 re-pubic-lick-un polls said it would be close between McCain & Obama & McCain lost by a large margin. In 2012 re-pubic-lick-un polls said they would win, & Romney lost handily to Obama.
This year, two days BEFORE THE FBI director unleashed the news of pervert Weiner emails, Rudy Guiliani, with a swarmy slanted smirk, stated that big news was coming to change the election. Guiliani has equally swarmy friends in the FBI trying to break Hillary Clinton. After the FBI bombshell, the racist Grope Our Pu$$ies party now says they will win the election. Sorry, racist Grope Our Pu$$ies party, you are going to lose. I will only be disappointed because you won't lose 90% to 10%.

The elections of 2008 & 2012 showed how numerous are the racists still in america. This election of 2016 still shows how numerous are the racist, sexist, xenophobic, self-righteous, white pigs (including women voting for T-rump), still festering in america. As the Sioux & other Native Tribes say, as they oppose the N.Dakota fracking pipeline assaulting, bloody toothed dogs, beanbag & rubber bullet guns, billy clubbed macho police & fancy talking lawyers.... "the american white racists continue their 500+ year racist history, news & future".

Yeah, there are enough white racists to fight on many different fronts, simultaneously. [smilie=5blindfold.gif] [smilie=5blindfold.gif] [smilie=5blindfold.gif]

Ah, you understand the cheapness of D. T-rump, who gives his sickness out free of charge. the kkk(always small letters) doesn't charge him by the word for plagiarizing their websites for his sickest verbiage. nazi(always small letters) & kkk(always small letters) literature are interchangeable with few word changes, except for nouns.

sooo, car find language 'sick' coming from people opposed to his candidate, but apparently the very same language coming directly from his own candidates mouth is music to his ears...hmmm.

Lots of hypocrisy and double standards floating around on these threads on the Repub side...but then that's nothing new for them.

True enough, but that won't of much help to Hillary when she gets confused and lost again.

Cheers!

She's not confused about American values, and the Constitution, and she's not confused about fully supporting our European and British allies, and she's not confused about what "the free world" means.

Not yet.

But Hillary definitely has some serious neurological problems. She's on a weird mix of drugs that will hopefully prevent more cerebral hemorrhages, but her advanced age and her medical problems with hyperthyroidism and her history of falls and brain damage are worrisome.

cheers!

Are any Trumpsters at all concerned that one of his closest political allies is likely going to jail?

Or do they just freak out about non-serious hints and inuendos about their hero's opponent?

Well, it wouldn't be the first time that the fate of American values and the free world, and pushing back the forces of far left and far right extremism, rested on the shoulders of a physically challenged president.

Maybe she too, has inner grit, and would rise to the occasion.

If she wins -- America will just have to help her up those steps, Plant.

Image

And lift her up when she falters. Stronger, together.

By the way though, she's been campaigning very hard lately, with a lot of energy. But anyhow -- I find her physical challenges endearing, and character building.

Like FDR -- she may get a little physically wobbly sometimes but she pushes through it and overcomes it, she's strong and true on the right values, and knowing the RIGHT thing to do, and decisiveness.

EDIT: oh thank goodness, there's a new good poll out for Clinton:

Hint of Momentum for Clinton, With Issues a Defining Factor

The poll finds a 47-44 percent race between Clinton and Trump in a four-day average among likely voters, vs. Trump’s best result, 45-46 percent, three days ago.

She's gonna have a comeback!

Some Watergate news.. the Democratic National Committee says its offices were BUGGED:

Exclusive: The Democratic National Committee Has Told the FBI It Found Evidence Its HQ Was Bugged

The second sweep, according to the Democratic officials, found a radio signal near the chairman's office that indicated there might be a listening device outside the office. "We were told that this was something that could pick up calls from cellphones," a DNC official says. "The guys who did the sweep said it was a strong indication."

Hillary's problems aren't physical. They are in her brain. She has neurological issues.

You can drag her up the stairs or carry her into a van when she collapses or even put her in a bed and roll it around from room to room. It won't help. There isn't much that can be done for her neurological problems.

Cheers!

Really? Obama?

The guys been a AWG disaster and his foreign policies have made Libia and Syria much worse.

Now, if you are comparing him to the Bushes or Regan maybe. But against Carter, and Eisenhauer surely not.

I would rate him about equal with Nixon and Johnson and Bill Clinton. They all did good things but lost their way. Above the Bushes, below FDR, Eisenhauer, Truman, Kennedy or Carter.
