But really, if you think about it, the R's actually had a far more democratic selection process. It may not have gotten them a good candidate, but it did freeze out the old guard. Whereas the ads, with a far better reform candidate, slammed the doors on the democratic process.

By the way though, she's been campaigning very hard lately, with a lot of energy. But anyhow -- I find her physical challenges endearing, and character building.
