Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Denmark are all capitalist countries.

I think you are confusing social services with socialism---they aren't the same thing.

In fact, the countries with the highest levels of social services tend to be rich capitalist countries.

In contrast, countries with dominantly socialist economic systems like North Korea, Cuba, and Venezuela tend to be desperately poor and have little to no money to spend on social welfare programs.
