Mueller seems to be wrapping things up. So what has he got?

Well.....what strikes me is that Mueller is telling the judges to go very very easy on the R evildoers. Papadopolous was sentenced to a grand total of two weeks for lying to the FBI. Mueller is recommending Gen Flynn get exactly zero jail time for lying to the FBI.

Pretty minor stuff. People get longer sentences then that for not paying their jay walking tickets.

The only guys facing hard time are Manaforte and Cohen. Manaforte was already being investigated for income tax evasion before Mueller took his case over, so Mueller apparently found nothing new there. And Cohen plead guilty to ....income tax evasion, lying to congress, and a FEC violation. Again...nothing to do with Russia, betraying his country or conspiring with Moscow. So far there isn't any sign of anything particularly......important...... coming out of Mueller's investigation.

I'm sure the D Congresscritters will continue to investigate Trump until the cows come home, but it appears Mueller's investigation is coming to an end, with very little to show for two years of effort and tens of millions of dollars of taxpayer money.
