Fine, but you have to promise to keep Quebec.
actually, for most of us who have lived in the country for many years and spent time in Quebec (and speak the language), we are more than happy to have Quebec as part of Canada. What is depressing is the continual whining from a very small minority of 'quois who think they are hard done by (or at least see it as an opportunity to get a bit more). It is a great province, the old parts of Montreal make you happy to visit and Quebec city is great all year as something different if you aren't aware of Canadian history. And the Gatineau's are very beautiful in the fall. If you speak Parisian french like I do the farmers pretty much think you are a dick but at least you can get by. As a Canadian I wouldn't give up Quebec ever....now if you asked me to give up Trudeau I would probably pay you to take him.
