My pleasure. I look forward to seeing your pics.

You can download the pic to your own computer and modify it there.

You can also do a Google search for that exact pic or image.....most likely it already exists in multiple formats on the internet.

But personally I don't want to spend that much time on it.....I just look for a similar but smaller image to post. Sometimes I post gif files that are too big (sorry!) but usually I can find a small version of something on topic and then I post that.

Biden and other political leaders in western countries have botched the response to monkeypox.....the virus is now endemic and permanently established in the US and other countries and the numbers of infected people are now rising rapidly in the US and other western countries

shocking-monkeypox-screw-up

The good news is that so far the fatality rate associated with monkeypox infections in western countries is low....only about 0.03 percent of those who get it die.

The bad news is that the fatality rate associated with some of the monkeypox breakouts in Africa, where it is much more common, have been as high as 10%.

Now that monkeypox is loose and spreading through the world, the monkeypox virus will mutate and change just like the covid virus mutates and changes.

AND, based on an observed death rate as high as ca. 10% associated with some outbreaks in Africa, monkeypox virus has the potential to be become quite deadly outside of Africa if it mutates in the right (wrong) way.

Hello.....have you been tested for monkeypox recently?

Cheers!

Any time they want to eliminate Monkeypox they already know issuing Smallpox vaccine to the population will do the job nice and neat. The fact that they have not ordered pharma companies to start producing Smallpox vaccine for mass inoculation shows nobody is taking Monkeypox seriously.

I agree....nobody is taking Monkeypox seriously.

It all reminds me of the way nobody took AIDS seriously when it was getting started, and nobody took COVID seriously when it was getting started.

Hopefully monkeypox won't mutate into a more deadly variant and will remain mostly non-lethal in the US and hopefully current outbreaks will remain restricted to limited groups and won't spread into the general population.

California declares a medical state of emergency over monkeypox

New York City and Illinois have previously declared monkeypox emergencies.

Monkeypox infection numbers are rising rapidly in California and elsewhere, but almost no one is dying from it.
